Because many products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers, shipping times, carrier selection, inventory availability, and delivery procedures may vary depending on the product and fulfillment source.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Certain products may require additional processing time due to:

2. Third-Party & Supplier Fulfillment

Many products sold by JMS Copiers Inc are shipped directly by authorized third-party suppliers and distribution partners.

As a result:

  • products within the same order may arrive separately,
  • shipments may originate from different warehouse locations,
  • different carriers may be used,
  • tracking numbers may be issued independently,
  • and delivery timelines may vary by supplier.

Some products may be fulfilled through Shopify Collective supplier networks or similar integrated fulfillment systems.


3. Shipping Availability

Shipping availability depends on:

  • supplier shipping zones,
  • carrier limitations,
  • inventory availability,
  • product restrictions,
  • and destination eligibility.

Certain products may not be available for shipment to:

  • PO boxes,
  • freight forwarding services,
  • or international destinations.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including:

  • and selected shipping method.

Certain oversized or commercial equipment may require:

  • palletized freight shipping,
  • liftgate service,
  • appointment delivery,

Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout when available.


5. Freight & Large Equipment Deliveries

Large copiers, printers, and commercial equipment may ship via LTL freight carriers.

Customers are responsible for:

  • ensuring delivery access,
  • verifying doorway and installation clearance,
  • and providing accurate business delivery information when applicable.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • missed delivery appointments,
  • re-delivery attempts,
  • storage charges,
  • residential freight delivery,
  • limited-access locations,
  • or liftgate requirements.

6. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

JMS Copiers Inc is not liable for delays caused by:

  • carriers,
  • weather,
  • customs,
  • supplier shortages,
  • labor disruptions,
  • force majeure events,
  • or inventory synchronization issues.

Carrier delays do not constitute grounds for chargebacks, cancellations, or refund claims unless otherwise required by law.


7. Tracking Information

Tracking information is typically provided once the order has shipped.

Because some items ship from third-party suppliers:

  • multiple tracking numbers may be issued,
  • tracking updates may appear delayed,
  • and supplier systems may update asynchronously.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking and delivery status.


8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

JMS Copiers Inc is not responsible for:

  • delays,
  • losses,
  • or additional fees

resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer.

If an order is returned due to address issues:

  • additional shipping fees may apply,
  • and original shipping charges may not be refundable.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility may pass to the carrier subject to applicable law.

JMS Copiers Inc is not responsible for:

  • stolen packages after confirmed delivery,
  • carrier delays,
  • or shipment interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery issues after shipment confirmation, though we will reasonably assist when possible.


10. Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.

Any visible freight damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies should:

  • be noted with the carrier immediately,
  • and reported to JMS Copiers Inc within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may limit claim eligibility with the carrier or supplier.

For claims, customers may be required to provide:

  • photos of packaging,
  • photos of damage,
  • shipping labels,
  • and delivery documentation.

11. International & Export Orders

International shipping availability varies by product and supplier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • import duties,
  • customs fees,
  • taxes,
  • brokerage charges,
  • and compliance with local regulations.

JMS Copiers Inc is not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional costs caused by customs processing or import restrictions.

Certain products may not be eligible for export due to manufacturer or supplier limitations.


12. Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery of a non-defective shipment:

  • return shipping costs,
  • freight charges,
  • storage fees,
  • and supplier restocking fees

may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Custom, special-order, or supplier-restricted products may not qualify for refund after shipment.


13. Policy Updates

JMS Copiers Inc reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

The policy version published on our website at the time of purchase shall govern the applicable transaction.
